Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Skill4Handel processes personal data for the public website and the Early Access list. It is written for the current pre-launch phase. A fuller product policy will replace it when accounts go live.

1. Controller

The controller is the operator of Skill4Handel. Contact: info@skill4handel.com. A company address and, if required, a Data Protection Officer will be published when the legal entity is registered.

2. What we collect now

If you join Early Access on this website, we store your name, email and optional city on our host, in a file that is not publicly downloadable. We use it only to invite you and to grant one set of 5 Tokens per email when access opens.

The website stores a language preference in your browser (localStorage). That value does not identify you.

Server logs from hosting may include IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and availability.

We do not currently operate user accounts, chat, identity-document checks, payment, or a live token ledger.

3. Why we process it

To record your interest and invite you when access opens (legitimate interest and, where the form is optional marketing, consent).
To answer messages sent to info@skill4handel.com (contract steps or legitimate interest).
To keep the website secure (legitimate interest).

4. Sharing

Waitlist data is stored with Google as form provider. Hosting providers may see technical logs. We do not sell email addresses. We do not share data for advertising networks.

5. Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask for deletion, or until we have invited you and no longer need the list for launch, whichever is earlier, and in any event no longer than necessary.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

7. Later product data

When profiles, messages or Tokens become available, we will update this policy before those features collect extra data. Identity documents will not be requested unless a separate, lawful process is published first.
