Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Skill4Handel processes personal data for the public website, the Early Access list, and the Android closed-test app.
1. Controller
The controller is the operator of Skill4Handel. Contact: info@skill4handel.com. A registered company name and address will be published when the legal entity is registered.
2. What we collect
On the website, if you join Early Access, we store your name, email and optional city. We use this only to invite you and to grant one set of 5 Tokens per email when access is activated.
The website may store a language preference in your browser. That value does not identify you.
Server logs from hosting may include IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and availability.
In the Android closed-test app, we process the data needed to run an account: email, password hash, profile details, profile photo, city, birth date, skills you offer, skill notes, messages, exchange offers, reviews, support tickets, and the in-app S4H credit balance.
We do not currently request identity documents. We do not sell personal data.
3. Why we process it
- To record Early Access interest and invite you when access opens.
- To create and operate your account in the closed-test app.
- To show your profile, enable chat, manage exchanges, reviews and support tickets.
- To keep the website and app secure.
- To answer messages sent to info@skill4handel.com.
4. Sharing
Waitlist data may be stored with the form or hosting provider. App data is stored with the hosting and database providers used to run the service. We do not sell email addresses. We do not share data with advertising networks.
5. Retention
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask for deletion, or until they are no longer needed for launch. Account data is kept while your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, dispute handling or legal duties.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). To exercise rights, write to info@skill4handel.com with the subject “Privacy”.
7. Age
The website waitlist and the app are intended for people aged 18 or over.
